The BEST experience I’ve had having my vehicle serviced in many years! The customer service was outstanding, and even though they were slammed with everyone getting ready for winter they still treated everyone that walked through the door with courtesy. I was especially impressed with the young gentleman at the counter who called around to several places to help people get their snow tires on as this shop was already full. My husband and I have been to multiple shops here in Fairbanks, and this is the first time I’ve had such a great experience.

I was pleased with the courtesy of the staff and that it was quick and easy to get am appointment and they got the repair done in a couple hours as promised.
